FAQ

Is there an age limit to jump?

We don't have an age limit, but all jumpers must be able to walk confidently on their own without assistance from a parent in order to participate.  We suggest 18 months or older.

Is there a weight limit to jump?

We do not have a specific weight limit for our trampolines. As long as you feel you are healthy and capable of participating you are more than welcome! However, we do suggest 300lb as our weight limit.

Can I jump with my child?

Yes! You can jump right next to your child on a different square. We do not allow any jumpers to jump on the same square, which includes parents and small children. We do not allow parents to jump while holding their children either, this is not safe and we do not want anyone getting hurt!

What should I wear to jump?

We suggest wearing clothing that you would feel comfortable exercising in! We ask that all jumpers remove any clothing with studs or buckles.

Do I need to wear socks?

All jumpers are required to wear AirTime Safety Grip Socks. Socks can be purchased at the check in counter for $3 a pair or in bundles of 5 pairs for $10.

Do we need to make reservations to jump?

Walk-ins are available any time we are open! If there is a date and time that you would like to guarantee your jump time, then we would suggest making reservations in advance. There is a higher chance of tickets being sold out when kids are on school breaks, especially Christmas break!

Can I bring in food?

We do not allow any outside food or drink into our facility. A variety of snack options are available at our concessions stands.

Do I need to complete a waiver?

All jumpers are required to have a valid safety waiver on file at the park they wish to jump at. Jumpers over the age of 18 can complete their own waiver, while children under the age of 18 will need their OWN parent or legal guardian to complete their waiver. If children are coming to the park with an adult who is not their own parent, the child’s own parent will need to complete the waiver online in advance before the child comes to jump. Waiver filled out by an adult who is not the child’s own parent or legal guardian will not be accepted.

Can I complete a waiver for a child that is not mine?

No. Children under the age of 18 will need their OWN parent or legal guardian to complete their waiver. If children are coming to the park with an adult who is not their own parent, the child’s own parent will need to complete the waiver online in advance before the child comes to jump. Waivers filled out by an adult who is not the child’s own parent or legal guardian will not be accepted and will be marked as invalid.

Does my waiver expire?

All waivers stay on file for one year from the date that it was filled out. You will need to complete a new waiver for yourself or your child if it has expired.

Do I need to complete a waiver for each location?

Yes, waivers are location specific and a valid waiver will need to be on file for the location you wish to visit.

Do I need to pay for non-jumpers?

No, guests who are not jumping and spectators are free!

Are there different hours when kids are out of school?

Yes! We do open up with extended hours when the surrounding schools have breaks! Please take a look at the events calendar for the specific location you wish to visit for extended hours!

Is it the same price for all ages?

We do offer a discounted rate for jumpers 5 and younger! This price varies per location. Please check the locations page you are looking to visit!

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

We do run specials periodically throughout the year, please follow our social media accounts to stay up to date on our specials!

Do you separate jumpers by age or size?

No, we do not separate jumpers from their friends who may be bigger or older than them! We do not allow more than one jumper on a square at a time, but they are able to jump right next to their friends! We do have an area that we keep 6 and under at all times, but younger jumpers do have access to the entire park.
